Job Title: HRIS Workday Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - On-site 3 days/week)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Overview:
Seeking a proactive HRIS Workday Analyst to support HR initiatives, advise leaders on people and culture, coach managers, and manage HR processes. Key duties include performance evaluations, onboarding, reorganizations, and HR projects. Strong HRIS (preferably Workday), MS Office skills, and analytical abilities are essential. An advanced degree, PHR/SPHR, and banking experience are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders and coach managers on HR practices
- Support performance evaluations, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Lead onboarding, employee 1:1s, and reorganizations
- Manage HR projects, policies, and data reporting
Qualifications:
- HRIS (preferably Workday) and MS Office expertise
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and collaborative approach
- Advanced degree/PHR/SPHR preferred, banking experience a plus
