Our client is currently seeking a Workday Solution Architect to implement payroll configurations.
This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to Chicago, IL.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve in a HR technology role to support global Workday time and absence functionality as well as defects and enhancement projects.
- Responsible for functional and technical guidance and consulting throughout the lifecycle of each project, including design, configuration, security, testing and implementation.
- Will research and evaluate options, recommend alternative solutions, impacts, prioritize deliverables and drive each unit of work to completion.
- Work closely with HR business SMEs to translate complex global business requirements into system solutions and configuration, as well as system developers on integration and other technical design considerations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Workday HCM solution architect with previous experience implementing or supporting complex payroll configurations
- Adept at testing and troubleshooting integration issues
- Previous PeopleSoft experience extremely beneficial, preferably V9.2.
