Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST
Duration: 6-9 Months
Location: Remote (EST)
Position Summary
The
Workday HRIS Lead Analyst – Integrations will provide advanced technical expertise in managing data migration in and out of
Global HR Information System (Workday). Reporting to the
HRIS Sr. Manager – Integrations, this role will support integrations across Workday’s
HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting Modules.
The role acts as a technical partner to
Corporate IT,
Global Payroll, and
HR Centers of Excellence, gathering system requirements and configuring integrations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of Workday integrations with third-party systems.
- Work on data migrations for acquisitions/divestitures and handle integration impacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices and resolve integration issues.
- Assist the HR Technology team with configuring and testing integrations.
- Communicate the technical impacts of integration decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting integrations.
- Experience in Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- Workday Integrations and Studio Certifications preferred.
- Experience with SAP-Workday implementations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
