Job Description:
- We are looking for a Strong Workday Functional HCM consultant (12 yrs exp)with strong expertise in Absence module implementation to support for International Absence implementation project based out of NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that solutions balance technical excellence with usability and accessibility while delivering best-in-class solutions to support a broad range of customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to understand specifications and deliver features based on business requirements. Provides customer-focused solutions and builds and maintains effective customer relationships through timely follow-ups and efficient, effective feedback.
- Works independently or with a team to gather and interpret report specifications and identify data requirements.
- Communicates and presents problem-solving rationale within various settings and to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant experience with Absence Implementation hands-on
- Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
- Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
- Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing
- Ability to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors
- A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Absence module
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM
