Akkodis is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst III for a contract position with a client located in Princeton, NJ. We are seeking a techno-functional Workday Analyst with strong experience supporting Workday HCM and Recruiting modules by providing advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations.
Pay/Salary Range: $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr W2 based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
We are seeking local candidates for this hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
Workday HRIS Analyst III job responsibilities include:
- Providing general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations centered around HCM, core HR and Recruiting.
- Supporting simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
- Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
- Transactional record upkeep and updates
- Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
- Collaborating with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
- Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of company processes and technology.
- Supporting initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation as required.
- Participating in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested
Required qualifications for the Workday HRIS Analyst III:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting modules supporting end-users in their day-to-day work.Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert based on company requirements to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance.
- Experience working effectively with functional end-users and technical teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills including MS PowerPoint and Excel (VLookups, Pivots Tables, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to write system related documentation and job aids.
- Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information.
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Workday advanced compensation, succession planning module or Workday Extend module is a plus.
- Workday HCM Certification or Workday Recruiting Certification is a plus.
