Notes From The Hiring Manager
The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with a strong understanding of core Workday HCM and Recruiting. While in-depth configuration skills are not necessary, candidates should be comfortable working closely with IT teams on configuration-related tasks. Candidates with a background in integration or highly technical roles have not been ideal, so a balanced techno-functional profile is preferred.
