Our Client is currently implementing the Talent Management Module of Workday and is looking for a skilled Consultant with strong experience in this Module.
The Right Candidate Needs To Have Good Knowledge Of The Functionality And Configuration Of The Talent Management Module And Should Have Worked On Areas Such As
- Talent Acquisition
- AI based Recruiting and Mobility
- Learning
- Talent Optimization
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of overall experience, and 5+ years with Workday
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with Business and Technical teams
