Job Responsibilities
Experienced candidate (5-8 Yrs) having implemented Workday Workforce/Adaptive Planning with general knowledge in Core HCM, Recruitment and Advanced Compensation
Required Skills
Design, configure and support business requirements in Workday Adaptive planning for Implementation and support
Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
Experienced in Headcount planning, Financial Budgeting and Planning applications
General knowledge of Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation)
Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM, Payroll and Finance
Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
5-8 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 5 years spent in handling Workday Adaptive Planning modules.
Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
Experience in handling discovery sessions with the client
Nice to have: SQL Knowledge
Responsibilities
Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.
Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Adaptive planning Configurations
Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
