Position Summary
The Workday HRIS Lead Analyst – Integrations is responsible for overseeing data migration into or out of Catalent’s Global HR Information System (Workday). This role involves working with the HRIS Sr. Manager – Integrations to support integrations across the Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting Modules. The Lead Analyst will serve as a Technical Partner to Corporate IT, Global Payroll, and HR Centers of Excellence to gather system requirements and configure integrations as needed. The role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain Workday Integrations with third-party and downstream systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Support data migrations for Acquisition/Divestiture initiatives and manage integration impacts.
- Collaborate with business and HR/IT/third-party stakeholders to establish requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and deploy integrations.
- Provide guidance and recommend best practices for end-user requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Integration issues.
- Assist in configuring and testing integrations that overlap with functional design or business processes.
- Evaluate and communicate technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems.3+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Workday Integrations (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting).3+ years of experience with Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Certifications strongly preferred.Experience with SAP Workday implementations is a plus.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple client requests independently.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices.Superior client-focus, organizational, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
