Required Technical Skills:
Primary Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
- Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Expertise in Workday report writing and development of custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite).
- Proficient in Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, EIBs, and Workday calculated fields.
- Hands-on experience with Workday security configuration and business process design.
- Strong understanding of Workday data migration and data conversion processes.
- Familiarity with Workday's API and web service integrations (SOAP, REST).
Secondary Skills:
- Experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex Workday configuration issues.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
