Job Summary:
Adalta Global have recently partnered with an organization in Houston. They are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Lead to manage and enhance the functionality of their HR technology platform. This role will focus on system configuration, process automation, reporting, and driving improvements to meet organizational needs. The HRIS Lead will also oversee system updates, provide technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and secure system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day HR system operations.
- Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on integrations and system improvements.
- Lead testing, training, and adoption of system upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across the platform.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Workday Prism, configurations, business processes, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or IT-related fields.
Preferred:
- Certification or experience with advanced HR system functionalities.
- Familiarity with data visualization and integration tools.
