We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in configuring and managing multiple Workday modules, particularly Core HCM and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday configurations and business processes globally. This role involves collaborating with internal corporate teams and external vendors to develop optimal solutions for various HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize client business processes within Workday Core HCM and Recruiting modules.
- Provide end-user support, addressing issues related to configurations and process flows.
- Participate in migration, go-live, and cutover activities, with experience in at least one go-live/cutover event.
- Validate data during migration and ensure accuracy for go-live and cutover events.
- Manage enhancement requests by prioritizing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Assess, design, and implement process improvements following leading industry practices.
- Contribute to HCM strategy and transformation by addressing people, processes, and organizational changes using technology.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy policies and adhere to client-specific cybersecurity requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and implement effective process controls for Workday configurations.
- Write, communicate, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including staff and senior management.
Required Skills (All Mandatory):
- Expertise in Workday HCM and Recruiting module configuration.
- Strong experience with Workday reporting and data validation, particularly in the context of migration, go-live, and cutover.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with vlookups, formulas, and validations.
- Proven experience in at least one Workday migration go-live/cutover event.
