This includes handling data mapping and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate data exchange.

- Collaboration with HR/Recruitment Teams: Partner with HR and recruitment teams to gather requirements for system integrations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s recruitment and hiring processes. Ensure the system supports seamless connectivity with third-party recruiting tools.
- Workflow and Data Mapping: Implement and manage data mapping between Workday and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow across all recruiting functions. Maintain and optimize workflow management within Workday and external platforms to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, debug, and resolve issues in integrations and workflows to ensure consistent and accurate functionality. Collaborate with other teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Studio Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using Workday Studio for the Workday Recruiting Module. You should be adept at building integrations that link recruiting data to external systems.
- Workday Recruiting Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including all module functionalities and capabilities. Proven ability to configure and customize integrations within the recruiting module.
- Integration Technologies and APIs: Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and APIs. The ability to work with external recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, background check platforms) and integrate them into Workday efficiently is essential.
- Data Mapping and Workflow Management: Experience in data mapping between Workday Recruiting and external systems to ensure precise data flow. Strong understanding of how to manage and optimize recruitment workflows within Workday and its integration with other systems.
- System Integration Testing (SIT): Proven experience in conducting end-to-end SIT to validate the performance of integrations and custom configurations in a production environment.
