Overview
The Senior Workday Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of Workday applications with existing systems. This role is essential in maintaining data integrity and optimizing system performance by developing and implementing efficient integration solutions. The Senior Workday Integration Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design, configure, and deploy integrations that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design efficient Workday integration solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and propose solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations
- Provide support for production issues and troubleshoot integration problems
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in integrations
- Participate in integration enhancement projects and upgrades
- Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to streamline data flow and integration processes
- Stay updated with Workday's latest features and enhancements
- Train and mentor junior analysts on Workday integration best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Workday Integration and Studio certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday integration development
- Proficiency in Workday EIB, XSLT, XML, and Web Services
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data
- Experience with SQL and relational database concepts
- Knowledge of Workday security and data governance principles
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
