Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Workday Data Conversion Consultant. As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve performing data analysis, mapping, and conversion activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration to the Workday platform. This role requires expertise in Workday data conversion tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of data migration best practices.
Qualifications
Experience in Workday data conversion, including data extraction, transformation, and loading Proficiency in Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and other data conversion tools Knowledge of Workday HR modules and data model Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data validation Understanding of data migration best practices and data quality assurance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Workday certification in Data Conversion is a plus
Workday Certifications with company name though which obtained the certification
