Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Workday Consultant with expertise in
Workday configuration to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, or Recruiting.
- Manage end-to-end configuration of Workday business processes, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Implement new functionalities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure updates and releases are tested and deployed efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday configuration in one or more modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, and integration tools.
- Proven experience with Workday implementation and post-go-live support.
- Analytical skills to assess business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Preferred:
- Workday Certification in relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), calculated fields, or custom reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
