About the Role:
Job Title: Workday Platform Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Platform Engineer with 9+ years of Workday experience and a strong technical focus to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday solutions, including Prism, Extend, and integrations across Finance modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to translate business needs into technical capabilities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Stay updated on Workday advancements and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting, testing, and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of Workday experience, including custom reports, dashboards, and platform engineering.
- Expertise in Workday Prism, Extend, and integrations using REST, SOAP, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Workday Integration Developer certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies.
Locations: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110K– $130K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
