Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning and will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, configuring the system, and creating scripts to support business processes and reporting needs. This role demands strong analytical, scripting, and configuration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday Adaptive Planning Platform: Oversee daily administration and configuration of modules like HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Time Tracking, and Projects.
- Financial Modeling and Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis; create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- System Enhancements: Lead projects to implement enhancements or changes to current processes within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Integrations Management: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Workday Financials, and other business applications.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the planning system through regular audits and validations.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance system utilization.
- Project Leadership: Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation for system enhancements and new implementations.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, maintenance tasks, and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and other departments to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Workday Adaptive Planning features and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Workday modules and managing system integrations with Salesforce and other applications.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
