This job is responsible for providing
daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including c
onfiguration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within the company.
Required Job Qualifications
- 6 years’ experience with HRMS Systems;
- Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience;
- Vendor Relationship experience; Project Management.
