Roles & Responsibilities:
1. As a Workday Extend Developer, your role will involve the design, development, and implementation of custom applications and integrations within the Workday platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, create solutions, and ensure seamless integration with current systems.
3. You will play a crucial part in advancing the organization’s Workday Extend capabilities to provide valuable solutions.
4. Design and deploy custom applications and integrations utilizing Workday Extend.
5. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
6. Create and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations.
8. Follow best practices, adhere to security standards, and meet compliance requirements in all development activities.
9. Offer technical support and advice to team members and end-users as needed.
10. Keep abreast of the latest features, trends, and best practices in Workday Extend to improve development processes.
11. Take part in cross-functional teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
