Overview
Be a part of one of the Federal Government’s Workday Shared Services implementations. As the
Workday Technical Lead you’d be supporting an implementation that will assist various government agencies transform how they deliver HR Services. Experience with Workday Extend is a must.
This hybrid role is located in Washington, DC, and will require some onsite presence. Per our Federal Government Contract,
candidates must be U.S. Citizens eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance (and clearable to the Top Secret level.)
Qualifications
- Federal HCM ERP implementation experience combined with Workday HCM implementation experience or Large scale (>150K employees) commercial Workday HCM implementation experience
- Experience with at least 5 ERP/Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a technical leadership position (e.g., technical architect) – Must have Workday implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience with the following:
- Leading the technical design and implementation for Workday implementations
- Managing large complex enterprise system migration projects
- In-depth experience with Workday Extend, Integrations, Security and Reporting
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- Performing in technical roles related to HCM or ERP system implementations
- Business requirements analysis
- Managing teams of people
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance (and clearable to the Top Secret level.)
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $160K-$210K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
