Job Summary
Responsible for the development of Workday HCM and Kronos integrations, system configuration and partnering with other technical teams to support integrated processes & systems.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and unit testing effort for Kronos+Workday system implementation and future upgrades
- Provide support for systems, processes, and customers and responds in a timely manner to ServiceNow incidents and maintain documentation of their resolution
- Assists with the design, implementation and support of Workday integrations for HCM, Finance and Supply Chain
- Maintains a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations
- Assist the team with integration testing for Workday Feature Releases
- Serve as the point of contact on integration files between Workday and outside vendors that include enhancing, solving existing issues with integration systems and debugging file transfer failures
- Ability to debug complex Workday studio integrations and help in break fix Design, build, test, implement and maintain the Kronos timekeeping and employee scheduling interface framework for the exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval of ERP data with third party systems
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing and validation to ensure all the delivered objects are of highest reliability and accuracy
- Create and maintain thorough and complete technical documentation
Employee Qualifications
- 3+ years of Workday Integration experience; Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, APIs, Web Services & Rest URLs
- 3+ years of Kronos Workforce Management experience
- Ability to manage various integrations using Studio, RAAS, CCW, Payroll Interface & XSLT.
- Deep understanding of Workday delivered connectors
- Functional knowledge of HR Business Processes (Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Performance/Talent, Recruiting, etc)
- Understanding of Workday HCM concepts (Position Management, Organizations, Hierarchy, Supervisory Orgs, Staffing Models, Support Models, etc)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements & effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
