Sr. Workday Integrations Analyst

Location: Hybrid Tampa , FL. ( 2-3 days onsite)
- Candidates that will relocate for the contract will be considered, but must be onsite for first day.
The Workday Systems Analyst will work closely as part of a small team of Integration professionals supporting Workday integrations company wide.
This position requires someone with an in-depth knowledge of the Workday EcoSystems and strong understanding of best practices and heavy integrations and integration practices.
- Responsible for researching, designing, delivering, and maintaining integrations solutions
- Takes and documents technical requirements
- Works closely with internal teams and 3rd party vendors or understand, track and evaluate complex integrations.
- Log and test defects including managing iterations and versions, nuances and issues in Smart Sheets.
- Conduct analysis on Workday data to support projects to roll out new modules and functionality including requirements documentation, design, UAT testing and Integrations
- Collaborates with functional stakeholders to assess Integration needs, gather specifications/requirements, and design integrations for development.
- Develop Workday integration using technologies such as Core Connectors, Workday Studio etc.
- Understanding of API and Web Service integration technologies
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations with strong experience in the workday ecosystem
- Performs troubleshooting and investigates root cause of issues
- Documents technical solutions to identified problems
- Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
- Assists in testing and participates in test phases prior to UAT
- Work closely with developers to validate, test and understand issues and fixes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with users and provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
