We are currently searching for an Workday/HRIS Analyst to join our team! The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day support and system maintenance within Workday with a focus on HCM Data transactions, configuration and reporting. This individual will serve as a functional point of contact and escalation point for the HR/People Services team in response to incoming issues reported through our case management ticketing system. They will be responsible for documenting system processes and procedures and assist in guiding and training the end users across the organization.
This role reports to the HR Technology Manager and partners with them closely in support of dual functional HR teams, IT, and core business stakeholders across Bagel Brands and Caribou Coffee to ensure our HR technology solutions enable the business to move forward and deliver results.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide support for production environment while partnering with HR Services team to investigate inquiries and develop detailed resolution for the end user as an escalation point.
- Responsible for researching Tier 2 type Workday HCM transaction questions received from the HR Services team. Partner with HR Services/HRIS team members to work through system issues.
- Process transactions in Workday in support of end users both in the Support Centers and in the field.
- Help maintain data integrity and accuracy in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Process improvement and solutioning of issues as they occur
- Process or assist with processing hires, job changes, terminations, organizational structure changes, assign location, supervisory, company, and cost center, and custom organizations to workers
- Apply creative thinking, individual initiative, and a call for action and urgency
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday biannual upgrades and/or off-cycle updates.
- Create documentation of enhanced processes, procedures, and results and assist in training coordination to appropriate audience using various modes of communication.
- Conduct regular audits of system security, processes, access, permissions, and approvals.
- Help support integrations and issue logs between Workday and other internal and external systems/vendors.
- Support and execute system reporting to provide reports, metrics and dashboards to business partners, managers and executives to utilize Workday analytically.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES:

EDUCTION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems including report creation, data management, and executing advanced transactions
- Hands on configuration experience Workday HR Systems
- Workday Reporting capability and understanding Workday Organization data
- Experience in supporting internal HR clients
- Proficient Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup etc.) and analytical skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with benefit vendor files, error logs, research, and resolution.
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Human Resources or Business-related field.
- Experience managing compensation programs, workflows, and Workday processes.

Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 (depending on experience and location)
