Job Summary/Basic Function
The Smart Mobility Office (SMO) within Panasonic acts as an incubation engine to capture new opportunities and become a gamechanger in the rapidly transforming transportation industry. SMO incubates new market innovations and business concepts and serves as the home for new mobility businesses as they mature from startup to scaled operations. We are seeking a well-rounded individual that will work with the Business Operations Lead to support the Operations team by taking on the following tasks/duties as outlined in the Job Responsibilities below. Project Analyst Support
- Establish project kickoff meetings and gather needed data to initiate project (Contract, notice to proceed)
- Project set-up (customer set-up/credit application, SAP project builder setup, milestone billing, budget)
- Track project financials (COGS, Revenue, GP, AR).
- Update SAP with customer information (material description, pricing, cost center, profit center),
- Remove legacy information within SAP, add SKUs for services.
- Ensure proper booking for COGS, Revenue for each project
- Monthly closing activities
- Serve as back up for submitting sales Business Operations Support
- Setting up and maintaining team and project time tracking in Workday
- Track monthly project labor hours to move to COGS
- Track AWS usage and provide report to Finance
- Provide Monthly Forecast vs Actuals report
- Assist the business with forecasting
- Review GP analysis and actuals end of each month
- Provide monthly financial reports for each project
- Follow up with PM project deliverables, send invoices to customers and track payment with customers
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with corporate customers desired. Competencies:

- Able to prioritize required actions needed to solve business needs within the limits of standard policy and procedure. Communications:
