Job Description
Lead and support ongoing design, configuration and reporting for Workday SCOUT Platform
Align with procurement team to define and prioritize enhancements to streamline operational processes and enhancements
Lead new functionality uptake by managing the requirements gathering, configuration, technical testing, supporting UAT, and post-production support
Monitor new features being released by Workday SCOUT leading educating the procurement team on new features and managing the regression testing to minimize impacts to production
Collaborate with business analysts and project team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Provide incident management support for production issues
Maintain change documentation and training materials
Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday SCOUT solution
