Sr. Analyst of HR Reporting and Compliance (Workday)
Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader within the retail industry is seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst of HR Reporting and Compliance for their Atlanta, GA location! The right candidate will possess 5+ years of experience working with HR tools such as Workday with a proven ability in Workday configuration. This Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in building Workday reports leveraging simple and advanced calculated fields and designs dashboards to find useful insights that lead to impactful business decisions. Experience of the right candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday reporting, and a thorough understanding of HR compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HR reporting and data analysis required
- 2+ years of experience in HR compliance (specifically compliance reporting) required
- Workday reporting experience required, including complex report and dashboard development
- Experience with Power BI a plus
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices required; OFCCP reporting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to ensure data accuracy and a focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Supports the design and implementation of reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to better understand employees and make effective decisions and ensure compliance.
- This role focuses on delivering insights through data analysis and reporting while ensuring that HR data meets regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
- Builds Workday reports leveraging simple and advanced calculated fields and designs dashboards to find useful insights that lead to impactful business decisions.
- Manages data to ensure accurate data capture and manipulation to facilitate meaningful measurement and reporting.
- Translates complex information into actionable insights for HR Business partners and centers of excellence to make evidence-based decisions.
- Monitors and maintains the quality and integrity of HR data in reports and dashboards, adhering to data governance and compliance standards and ensures accuracy and quality assurance in all deliverables.
- Identifies and implements improvements to reporting processes, tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and compliance functions.
- Ensures reporting aligns with regulatory requirements, including OFCCP and internal policies, supporting audits and compliance initiatives with accurate and timely data.
- Collaborates with HR, Compliance, IT, and Enterprise Analytics teams to gather reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and address reporting needs.
- Provides training and support to HR teams on compliance reporting requirements and best practices, ensuring consistent and accurate data handling.
