Our client is a leading investment manager operating at a global scale with over $55 billion in AUM. The Workday Specialist will work closely with all stakeholders and users on day-to-day administration, as well as the specialist for enhancements and new projects. They will be responsible for leading implementation of Eightfold CRM, system design, testing of system changes, and end-user change management.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR Workday Recruiting and Eightfold CRM initiatives by leading business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development and communication
- Support the execution of core recruiting processes utilizing Workday, Eightfold and other enterprise systems
- Work closely with recruiting operations on strategy and functional and technical requirements
- Manage process design and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Lead review, testing, and implementation of system and process enhancements to the firm’s Workday Recruiting and Eightfold systems
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train new users and clients on new processes/functionality
- Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal clients
- Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday, working independently to research and resolve issues or process flaws
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workday system implementations, including design, testing and deploying functionality
- Strong experience with Workday Recruiting modules, ability to provide training to end users
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and problem solve
- Experience overseeing an Eightfold implementation a plus
- Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification a plus
Salary Range
$160,000 – $250,000
