We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in finance and real estate to play a pivotal part in managing our investment portfolio. You will support deal syndication efforts and facilitate efficient capital flow, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and possesses a strong financial acumen.
About the Role:
Pipeline Management
- Gather and consolidate dynamic deal data from various teams, including Debt Capital Markets, Deal Teams, Accounting, and Asset Management.
- Synthesize pipeline data into weekly presentation materials and convey key takeaways to internal stakeholders.
- Verify data accuracy and consistency, addressing any discrepancies or missing information.
Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in strategic initiatives, such as C-PACE, Media Fund, and other ventures.
- Contribute to the development of fund models and cash flow mapping.
- Maintain and update syndication tapes for existing and pipeline deals.
- Collect and analyze deal-level data to facilitate timely responses to investor inquiries.
Investor Requests and Track Record
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from investors.
- Prepare materials for quarterly diligence reviews and internal portfolio performance presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date track records for all investments.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, finance, valuation, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
