Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Management:
Configure and maintain the Workday Financial Management module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
Manage system updates, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define system requirements and implement necessary changes.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support for system issues, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
Work with end-users to understand issues, provide solutions, and ensure efficient use of the Workday Financial system.
Process Improvement:
Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within Workday.
Assist in the development of best practices and documentation for financial processes.
Training and User Support:
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Workday Financials functionalities.
Create and maintain user guides and documentation to help users maximize their use of the system.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for the finance team.
Assist in the development of financial reporting and analytical tools to support decision-making.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
Collaborate with other IT and finance team members to align Workday functionality with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday Financial Management systems, including configuration and support.
Strong understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.
Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics tools.
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues effectively.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in Financial Management or similar modules.
Experience with Workday Integrations and knowledge of integration tools.
Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.
Knowledge of other enterprise systems such as HRIS or ERP.
