Role Purpose & Responsibilities
At Kainos, we aim to build a world-class business development and marketing capability, powered by talented professionals who drive innovation and collaboration. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Kainos continues to expand its footprint, especially within the Workday ecosystem.
As the
Field & Alliances Marketing Manager for Workday Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with sales, business development, and strategic partners to elevate Kainos’ position in the market and generate leads that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: You will own the development, implementation, and management of our North American Field and Alliances marketing strategies for Workday products. Your strategies will align with our commercial priorities and support our growth within this key sector.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness of Workday offerings, generating leads, and supporting alliance field efforts. You will leverage various channels (digital, events, content, etc.) to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Budget Ownership & ROI Reporting: You will oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources. Your role includes providing ongoing reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key marketing metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Strategic Partner Alliances: Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners, such as Workday and other relevant players. Leverage these relationships to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and drive commercial value for Kainos. Stay attuned to industry trends and apply them to enhance Kainos’ market positioning.
- Field and Event Marketing: Lead the planning and creation of field events aimed at strengthening strategic partnerships and Kainos brand awareness in North America.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing at a strategic level, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
- Experience in managing marketing strategies, ideally related to SaaS or Workday solutions, focused on driving business results.
- Expertise in executing successful campaigns that align with commercial objectives, especially in relation to lead generation.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in leading project teams, with a focus on professional development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Desirable Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with PR, including drafting press releases and managing media relationships.
- Knowledge of event management and project management best practices.
- Understanding of the technology landscape, especially trends that could impact marketing efforts for Workday products.
