As a Senior Marketing Executive in Kainos, you will plan and execute demand generation campaigns and content programs that fully align with commercial priorities to support our growth ambitions in the Americas Workday Services business unit. You’ll work in collaboration with teammates in across our Americas Workday Services marketing team as well as global marketing colleagues to increase brand awareness and generate leads to fuel the sales pipeline, reporting to key stakeholders within the business on success and delivery against goals.
You will use your experience and commercial knowledge to drive progress and maximize the impact of marketing on the business. You will foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders acting as a trusted marketing partner.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Owning, creating and activating campaigns and content – you will create campaigns and content to generate marketing qualified leads across our Workday offerings. You will ensure effective implementation of campaigns across a variety of channels including automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising and physical events, to achieve objectives.
- Reporting, accountability and ROI – you will report, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance to drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. Working with colleagues across Marketing Technology and Operations, you will optimize effectiveness and cascade learning through your team.
- Assisting with the development and management of strategy, plans, and budget – you will feed into the strategy and assist in research, creation, and day-to-day delivery of marketing plans. Ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. You will adhere to the budgeting process and keep the marketing budget for your allocated area or project up-to-date.
- Strategic alliances with Partners – you will develop and foster strong relationships with key Workday and vendor partners to shape your plans and activities, stay abreast of trends, and identify new opportunities to drive commercial benefit.
- Working as a team with a focus on developing and managing others – you will proactively work and collaborate as part of the marketing team to deliver against overall OKRs, supporting the upskilling and mentoring of other teammates.
Minimum (essential) Requirements
- Significant relevant experience in marketing and content development
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives – from inception through to evaluation
- Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques including automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising and physical events; stays abreast of developments and willingness to coach/upskill team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, confident, focused, disciplined with a drive to succeed, and who collaborates well in a team environment
- Capable manging a very busy workload and reprioritizing as business priorities evolve
- Show resilience and persistence with the ability to learn from mistakes plus guidance and coaching from colleagues
- Comply with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensure security of information at all times.
Desirable
- Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications or a similar, relevant discipline
- Experience of using CRM and/or marketing automation desirable, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo
- Experience of owning marketing or content for an area of business, product, or project
- Project management expertise
- Good knowledge or experience in the cloud technology / SaaS industry and understanding of trends in order to shape plans and content
- Experience of managing people or small team
