About The Role
The Senior Manager, Field Marketing will manage a small team of Field Marketing Managers to support a brand to demand marketing strategy. They will work closely with sales leaders and extended teams (including Solution Consulting, Revenue Operations, Value Management, Corporate Sales Development, Partners, and more) to plan and advise on a comprehensive, marketing strategy for the business segment.
The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of our market trends, customer needs/challenges, products, go-to-market messaging, and coach a team to build and run the overall brand to demand marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales to understand pipeline gaps/opportunities and lead a team to build a cohesive 6-month rolling Field Marketing plan focused on exceeding goals.
- Clearly communicate the marketing strategy, plans, goals, and outcomes to all collaborators, as well as internal cross-functional teams..
- Coach a team of field marketers to complete a end-to-end program management and tactics from initial planning to follow up, including vendor management, program promotion, sales enablement, and data management/measurement
- Measure results by analyzing metrics delivered from marketing programs and regularly report results and trends to sales leadership. Pivot plans based on findings and health of the business.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years Field Marketing Experience at B2B company and understands integrated marketing strategy.
- 4+ years of managing a team of Field Marketers to build a brand to demand strategy.
- A consistent track record working successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
- Evaluate program and campaign effectiveness, ongoing results, and present findings to key team members
- Leverage data and insights to create the strategy, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impact
- Take bold initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements
- Passion for solving challenges, operate with a high sense of integrity, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, or related field, required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau,
- Team player focused on collective success.
- Strong initiative and a "can-do" attitude.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $166,600 USD - $250,000 USD
