About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager of Workday Adaptive Systems & Integrations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning within client companies, overseeing integrations with key systems, and optimizing the system to meet the client's needs. You will also play a key role in managing client relationships to reactivate and expand client relationships. You will play a key role in product development to expand the use cases of Workday Adaptive Planning. You will also support sales by participating in discovery calls with prospective clients and developing scopes of work.
Expectations & Duties
Leadership and Team Development
- Build and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data integrity through the implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate closely with various departments including Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment of financial plans and forecasts with operational objectives.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Technical Expertise
- Oversee and deploy integrations between Adaptive and key systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse, etc.)
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Adaptive Planning processes with clients.
Client Management
- Oversee and manage projects with clients. Manage client relationships to understand the holistic needs of their business, outside of just Finance, to expand client relationships, reactivate engagements, and cross-sell other E78 services.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience implementing and managing Workday Adaptive Planning. Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with other systems (ERPs, CRMs, HRISs, Data Warehouses, etc.) required.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into financial plans and actionable insights. Experience in supporting strategic decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop accurate forecasts, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Proven adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers, market dynamics, and industry trends. Experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and making financial decisions.
