Skills/ Must-haves
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS - need maturity in speaking about experience, knowledge! If they are not good communicators (accent is fine) they will not make it through, don't waste time with meeker personalities please.
- Workday modules - **Finance for sure; HCM highly preferred (hard to find both but if he had to rank it would be finance first) - could consider super strong HCM if willing to learn Finance (NOT CONSULTANT NOT FUNCTIONAL role) - NEED HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
- XSLT 3.0 is a must have
MUST*** Workday Studio - key - most of work is there - What Studio integration development have they done - describe complexity - must be able to discuss details of something they have worked on!!!! Ideally include in writeup
Nice To Have/ Preferred
- Workday modules/tools - Other exposure to different Workday pieces is great - include in writeup
