Application Managers leverage Workday to power the foundational experiences and products Meta employees interact with every day. In partnership with business leaders, product, and engineering teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical landscape across the Core HR pillar.
Application Manager, Workday Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute cross-functional initiatives in Enterprise Products
- Continuously elevate the employee experience and optimize interactions with Workday
- Advocate for Workday platform opportunities and best practices across a landscape of HR products
- Build consensus with decision makers on product and surface strategy
- Lead the research, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new Workday capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years experience configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated functional and technical experience
- 3+ years experience supporting related Workday products including Learning, VMS, Recruiting, Benefits, Prism, or Advanced Compensation
- Domain expertise and experience translating business objectives into technical solutions
- Experience harmonizing first-party and third-party technical environments
- Experience proactively focusing on quality and scalability in a move-fast culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Pro certifications in relevant tracks
- Experience defining operational governance and SLAs for tier 1 support teams
- Sophisticated understanding of different integration mechanisms and custom tools leveraging Workday APIs

$140,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
