The
Senior Workday Analyst role will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday functionality which includes Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Management. This role partners with key stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.) to implement streamlined HR system processes. Supports and optimizes Workday in addition to other systems used within Human Resources. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR functional areas and is responsible for overall technical support that includes configuration, application security, integration, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Configure and support Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Management
- Deploy configurations through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
- Partners at the global HRIS team level to ensure enhancements and systems configurations are in compliance with Global Governance processes
- Partners with AMS team to ensure both support and project requests remain on-track
- Creating and designing sophisticated reports and dashboards
- Support of Workday Integrations, EIB, and Web Services (API), business processes, and data mapping
- Performs ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data and process integrity
- Assist in identifying, designing, and creating strategies for all HR technologies needed to support the business
- Engage with Workday Community, and user groups to ensure the most out of current and future Workday capabilities
- Drive adoption, optimization, and transformation. Ensure full maximization of Workday to meet strategic business needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience
- Partner and collaborate with business teams. Understand their needs and requirements, make recommendations for solutions, support the HRIS roadmap and prioritize implementation to support strategic objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Support planning and release strategies for Workday releases as well as new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Provide technical support for other HR systems such as HR Acuity, JIRA ticketing management system, etc.

Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration with 4+ years of related experience
- Experience in Workday design, configuration, testing and support
- Advanced Workday training or certifications (i.e., Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, etc.) are preferred
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and Workday Studio
- Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and Cloud Connect
- Comfortable acting as an internal consultant to the HR team to develop lasting solutions that solve complex business challenges
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Able to take ownership of issues & projects; able to apply Project Management practices and use supporting tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$109,675.00 - $164,513.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
