We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist

Assignment Description

You will be part of a team of three people who ensure that the customer's digital HR landscape meets our current and future needs from a back-end perspective. The team now needs to be strengthened with a consultant with extensive experience with Workday and integrations. The tasks will alternate between participating in larger integration projects linked to Workday and related applications to acting as support and solving incidents of a complex nature.

We have offices in Solna and Västerås, and in this role you should be in Västerås 1-2 days per week.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has good experience with Workday and integrations. You are interested in both new technology and how existing solutions can be developed to create better digital opportunities for our employees.

As a consultant, you are used to quickly entering new environments and situations. You are a team player who likes to push the work forward with the help of good relationships and effective collaborations. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, structured and understand the importance of clear communication

Profile & Merits

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

At least three years of experience designing, building and testing Workday integrations
You are a seasoned user of the Microsoft Office suite
You have experience with ITIL and tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
Experience with Workday Studio
It is extra meritorious if you are certified in Workday integrations, security, HCM and Studio
