About the Team
The Value Management Digital Center of Excellence (“VM Digital COE”) team is responsible for scaling value selling across Workday’s Global Sales Organization. This team sits within the Value Management organization at Workday, a team that collaborates with prospects and customers to define, measure, and amplify business value delivered through Workday solutions. They help customers understand the strategic and economic value of Workday throughout their lifecycle.About the Role
Digital COE VMs play a crucial role in driving the adoption and effectiveness of value-based selling at Workday. They connect with buyers and deliver business case presentations, empower sellers to efficiently articulate Workday’s value proposition tailored to the specific goals of each customer or prospect and support highly strategic buyers in building and articulating their case for change. Digital COE Value Managers are directly responsible for impacting customer buying decisions while maintaining focus on the volume of opportunities within the team’s scope.
Value Selling: Consult sellers and buyers on effective use of self-serve tools & content for consistent solutions & packages, including building, iterating, and communicating business cases, to substantiate an investment in Workday’s technology.
Support Training Sessions & Content: Conduct small & large data-driven training sessions and build relevant content & messaging to support continued relevance of value selling content
Tooling Support: Support the tooling strategy by developing tooling content, recommending process improvements, & evolving the applications of the tool.
Sales Partnership: Develop a partnership with aligned sales individuals to understand the growth opportunities within their business and support their value messaging needs.

It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English
Deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and industry trends.
Proficiency in building financial models and conducting value analyses.
Ability to conduct research on companies and use benchmarking data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Ability to influence and persuade others.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and find solutions to challenges.
