Role: Workday Financials Support Lead
End client is a Financial Institution in NY.
- This person would need to have broad experience across the whole Workday FINS Product to consult with our client on the best path forward as support issues arise.
- Provide oversight to the small SI’s team. Drive the day-to-day workflow, work directly with the client.
- True CTH for a senior Workday Financials product lead.
Note that the client team they will face off with is very experienced in Workday, so this lead will need to have a strong presence and communication skills. Where this lead doesn’t know the product details, they can take questions/issues back to the broader SI team to determine next steps. This Lead would also need to work with the client on their roadmap and strategic direction for the platform.
