Workday Core HCM Consultant
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract (initial 6 months, possibility of extension)
RED is looking for a Workday Core HCM Consultant with experience in either migration or greenfield implementations. Join us in supporting our client, a leader in their industry, as they optimize and enhance their HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Core HCM module to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Lead system configurations, employee data management, and organizational structure updates.
- Support the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and go-live.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor configurations based on evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Hands-on experience in Workday migrations or greenfield implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and organizational data management.
- Workday HCM Certification (preferred).
- Previous experience working for the Life Sciences industry
- Right to work in Europe
