Workday Payroll Consultant
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract (initial 6 months, possibility of extension)
RED is looking for a Workday Payroll Consultant to support our client in setting up and optimizing payroll processes. Candidates should have experience in migration or greenfield implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure the Payroll module, ensuring accurate payroll operations and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to enhance payroll efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll.
- Experience with Workday migrations or greenfield projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
- Workday Certification in Payroll (preferred).
- Previous experience in the LifeSciences Industry
- Right to work in Europe
