Senior Workday HRIS Analyst - $140,000 + Bonus

We are partnered with a global manufacturing organization, who have over 1,000 employees and are looking to optimize their Workday tenant by bringing in a Senior Workday Analyst to own their Workday tenant.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be the sole contributor for the Workday tenant and be responsible for the full life cycle, from gathering requirements, design sessions, testing and production.
- Partnering and owning relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Configuring across a range of modules including: HCM Core, Performance, Talent, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation and Benefits
- Creating and maintaining various reports including Advanced and Matrix
- Being able to identify problems and create effective solutions
- Picking up transactional tickets and handling larger projects
Essential Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 3 years hands on Workday experience
- Strong experience across a minimum of 3 of the following modules: HCM Core, Performance, Talent, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation and Benefits is essential
- Some understanding of Workday Security is required
- Experience creating Advanced and Matrix reports are highly advantageous
- Experience working as a sole contributor or for a large organization is highly desirable
