Job Title: Senior Workday developer
Location: Charlotte, NC or REMOTE On the EAST COAST
Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2
Job Type (Permanent/Contract) : Contract
Duration: 10/21/24 - 12/31/24 (will be able to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
Configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.) to enhance functionality.
Create and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Stay current with Workday updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Workday development and integration.
Strong knowledge of Workday modules and configuration.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, calculated fields, and report writing.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
