Workday Accounting Center & Prism Consultant
We are seeking a Workday Consultant to support the implementation and future optimization of Workday Accounting Center (AC) and Prism for finance operations. As a Workday Accounting Center & Prism (SME), you will be pivotal in shaping the design and integration of these modules and ensuring the seamless functionality of the system both during and after the implementation phase. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to support the integration, testing, and reporting efforts, with a key focus on driving knowledge transfer to the internal team post-Go-Live.
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements for Workday Accounting Center and Prism, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Configuration & Integration: Lead the configuration and integration of Accounting Center and Prism modules, ensuring smooth integration with other Workday components and third-party applications.
- Testing & Reporting: Oversee the testing of configured systems, develop test scenarios, and ensure all functionality is working as expected. Develop reporting capabilities within Workday to meet stakeholder needs.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support for the system post-Go-Live, troubleshoot issues, and assist with follow-up integrations. Help the team with requirement identification for future sprints and enhancements.
- Knowledge Transfer & Training: Act as the go-to expert for Accounting Center and Prism, helping up-skill internal finance and technical teams on platform capabilities and best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday Accounting Center & Prism Experience: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Accounting Center (AC) and Prism, with at least 1 full implementation completed.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the technical architecture and configuration of Workday AC and Prism, including integrations and reporting.
- Implementation Experience: Proven experience with multiple implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and post-Go-Live support, ideally within a complex, enterprise environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with finance, IT, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and deliverables are met.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Insurance Industry Experience: Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology, which would help inform system design and integration
