Workday HCM Functional Analyst
Agilysis is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Analyst. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently working with the client to identify and clarify complex business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Workday Core HR experience required with good expertise and configuration experience in Recruitment & Talent/Performance modules.
- Good understanding of how other Workday HR modules interact with core HR.
- At least 4 years of Workday functional experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall HR technology experience.
- Functional Configuration and Integration experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify and tackle problems proactively, research and present multiple solutions to problems. High attention to detail.
Required Skills - Hands-on Configuration experience in Recruitment & Talent/Performance modules.
