What We Need
Corpay looking to hire a HRIS (HCM) Reporting Analyst within our Corporate division. In this role, you will support the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives. This will include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards in a timely manner. This includes standard, as well as ad hoc reports, developing reporting packages based on target audience and/or role. Must be proficient in MS Excel to analyze trends, check for anomalies, and provide reports to senior management in person and via report delivery. You will report directly to the SVP of HR and regularly collaborate with internal departments.

Role And Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Data audits – audit the human capital systems to ensure data changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Gather and analyze data to support executive and other internal reporting needs and deliver accurate reports in a timely manner
- Act as a Data Steward to ensure the accuracy of data entry, data analysis, and reporting
- Participate in HR projects as needed; generate reports from various HCM data as needed from sources including the HCM systems, manual spreadsheets, data gathered from HR team members, and various other sources
- Recommends controls for data governance by identifying problems and writing detailed procedures
- Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction and isn’t afraid to problem-solve in a sandbox environment
Qualifications And Skills
- Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources *or* equivalent associated business experience
- One to two (1 - 2) years of hands-on experience in an Analyst role (Human Resources experience a plus)
- Proven ability to document current business processes, determine gaps, and suggest effective solutions
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, advanced Excel functions, and data analytics (Tab/BI tools experience a plus)
- Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of employee data
- Strong analytical/numeric skillset with the ability to master new systems/processes quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and timeliness
- Knowledge of enterprise HR systems like Workday, Dayforce, SAP, etc.
- Experience working with data visualization/dashboarding
- Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
