Title: Workday Customer Accounts lead

Job Description:
The reporting & analytics professional job responsibilities will include Understand client requests and the business requirements; translate requirements into analytic plans. Understand database structure and data elements. Select correct data elements and craft query; run reports and perform QA of data. Synthesize & present results in a format that is appropriate for a client audience, answer data questions from stakeholders.
Create technical documentation of processes and tools. Serve as expert for all analytics processes and systems that support the business. Qualifications include At least 5 years of professional experience.
Strong listening and analytical skills. Conflict resolution skills. Strong interpersonal traits including confidence, responsiveness, flexibility, initiative, decision making, conflict resolution and tact. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure.
Ability to work with confidential information. Proficient in SQL, Visual Basic, MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint Coding and macros required.
Proven track record of working with data, e.g. synthesizing data and presenting results and recommendations to leadership, identifying interdependencies within systems or processes. Experience with relational databases preferred. Education: Undergraduate degree with previous relevant experience.
Additional Details For Role
- The WD Customer Accounts Lead role is a lead role in Workday Finance with a solid focus in Workday Customer Accounts, Customer Billing, Customer Contracts, Managing Customer Invoice Settlement and Recognizing Revenue. A workday financials certified resource who has extensive experience in this area and can understand client requirements, the customer accounts business processes, any customer accounts custom validations and be able to also offer options and/or workarounds if current Workday functionality is not available.
- This role will be responsible for primarily working with the client who is over Customer Accounts. It is important that the individual understands requirements from the client, can openly discuss options and then configure/test/migrate to production. This individual will be expected to hold weekly meetings with the client to review open items, new issues, manage workload though the ServiceNow ticketing system, as well as be able to be a backup to the other team members on this client.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
