Responsibilities:
We are looking for a hardworking, versatile, and agile Communications Prime to join our GCS Communications & Enablement team to help us deliver high impact communications and manage internal processes and programs. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and GCS to review and develop clear, engaging messaging internally for Customer Success Managers and externally for customer audiences, translating their collateral into material that resonates with Customer Success. You will create communication plans that are right-sized to meet the needs of GCS, while leveraging the existing forums and modalities. You will manage other internal communications processes, executing expected communications and materials that the field leverages for ongoing support. This is a very hands-on role when it comes to creating great communications - you will be solely responsible for the majority of writing required.
- Collaborate with Workmates to execute on approved internal communications plans.
- Craft content for a variety of audiences to be delivered via slack, presentations, email, etc.
- Support the operational motions of the GCS Communications function by managing intake of requests, planning calendars, etc.
- Represent GCS in strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring clear outcomes and information to be shared within the organization.
- Partner with teammates to learn to build and deploy email newsletters to executives, field leadership and CSMs.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple, complex projects.
- 5+ years writing experience, preferably in a SaaS and/or Customer Success environment.
- Outstanding writing and communication skills with focus on content structure and style for compelling delivery of information.
- A writing test may be required. Please prepare to submit at least three examples of your written work if you are selected for an interview.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications or related field preferred, but not required for candidates with more than 10 years of direct writing experience.

- The ability to adapt to the changing needs of your role and the skill for spotting new opportunities that align with business priorities
- Ability to work across design and writing tools (Google docs is preferred)
- An eye for detail with an understanding and appreciation of phenomenal design
- Understanding of customer success and related programs a plus
- Video editing experience is a plus
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $35.00/hour-$45.00/hour
