Description
This role offers the opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills while working with the Company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Workday. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in utilizing Workday and be eager to deepen their knowledge of the system to effectively address challenges across both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Workday Security Administrator.
- Ensure the ongoing administration of the ERP system, Workday, as a unified platform.
- Provide support for multiple financial applications alongside Workday.
- Manage the Workday ticketing system.
- Oversee Workday change management, documentation, and quality controls.
- Collaborate on evaluating, quality reviewing, and testing documentation for system upgrades (Semi-Annual), new feature releases, and implementations.
- Assist internal and external auditors as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact to support and assist system users with inquiries or issues.
- Analyze issues, research solutions, initiate corrective actions, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Support ad hoc requests and projects.
- Demonstrate proactive initiative in process improvement and escalation when necessary.
Qualifications And Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three or more years of experience using the Workday system.
- Workday PRO certification is a plus.
- Background in Accounting and Finance preferred.
- Strong work ethic with consistent performance.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
